The Website is an informational platform providing information about the Socium project, the $SOCI token, and the MyStage.ai creator economy platform. The Website may include a blog, a litepaper, tokenomics information, community links, and a waitlist or Early Access registration form.
The Website does not provide wallet connectivity, token swap functionality, staking services, or user account creation directly. Outbound links direct to third-party platforms, decentralized exchanges, and social media channels we do not operate.

This provision does not apply to consumers to the extent it would be unenforceable under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For Consumers: If you are a consumer, the laws of your country of habitual residence apply to the extent they provide mandatory consumer protections, consistent with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 (Rome I) for EU consumers.
Online Dispute Resolution (EU): EU consumers may submit complaints via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Socium regarding your use of the Website.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
